Mixing powders is a frequent and critical workflow in many solids processing industries, which not only places high demands on safety and hygiene, but above all on the homogeneity of the finished mixture, regardless of the powder properties. In order to achieve a perfect mixture of two or more mixture components, many a process engineer racks his brains when, for example, oil-containing media leads to agglomerates (clumping) or colour pigments are only present in very small quantities in the mixture. Usually, free-fall mixers are shown their limits here. But not for MRC tumble blender with the additional feature of the “turbo dissolver“. Optional for container mixers type 2D and 3D. S available with an additional and powerful 3 kW gear motor at a nominal speed of 1,000 rpm.
