Mixing principles:

IBC container blender for individual or standard container creates the mixing effect by a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional motion field of powder particles while rotating the blending container around its horizontal axis.  Mixing container/drums are available in sizes from 5 to 4,000 litres with a max. batch weight of 5 to. ibc container blenderThe loading of the mixing container by pallet-/or forklift truck is standard. Moreover we are offering automatized loading process by crane-, roller conveyer- or shuttle systems as well.

The additional mixing axis at the 3D container mixing principle blender leads to a faster mixing time and a better spread of particles within the mixing batch.

3D drum mixer:

The  3D.S drum mixer is a free-fall mixer with two rotation axis and separate motor power. Thanks to these 3D space motion dynamics the blending time is shorter and you get a more homogenous mix. A continiously changing 3-dimensional crossing and rolling movement of the powder avoid dead zones and regular flow fields in the mixing container. This effect guarantees a perfect mixing result.

Lump Breaking System
The Lump Breaking System is amongst the modules which you can select to upgrade your single plinth blender. The system consists of a set of stainless steel blades spinning inside the container at 1200 revolutions per minute which break up any lumps or chunks in your product, assuring that it is homogeneous, and thus improving the quality for you and your customers.
