MRC offers dust free and contained ibc filling stations such as systems from manual operated manhole lids up to high containment valves DN250  OEB 3 level or DN 100 OEB5. This ibc filling station is also available for other packaging such as Big Bags, FIBC or drums. 

Retrofit versions are available for an existing fleet by using a tool-free assembly of lid adapter with integrated Passive Valve 250/100. The assembly of the ibc filling equipment adapter is carried out by the existing clamping ring (of manhole cover) without tools. The manhole lid adapter fits into any IBC manhole nozzle, so every IBC container can be converted to absolutely dust free filling.

Before filling, the Active Valve, which is located further up, is pneumatically lowered and automatically docked. This creates an OEB3 connection between Passive Valve on the container lid and Aktiv Valve on the product side.

low-dust filling adapters are available with various docking plates and large-area seals. Furthermore, there are docking nozzles with expanded terminals for different barrels, octabins or containers. The docking unit becomes pneumatic. This never loses contact during filling thanks to its spring bearing and mechanical locking. In practical use we can place the stations directly under silos, mixers or dryers.

General:

With our IBC container filling stations for bulk containers, octabins, drums and big bags can be filled quickly and easily without losses, cross-contamination and dust pollution. Our ibc filling equipment can be pneumatically moved up and down. We could optimize the filling volume of the container by using vibrating tables. These tables reduce the product’s angle of repose in the container.

Operation is carried out via an application-compliant and simple control system. Therefore the ibc filling equipment integrates perfectly into an existing process control system. If required the design suits also ATEX requirements. Our individual solutions concerning contained and smart drum or IBC handling and give each installation an individual touch.

Every system is therefore a customized solution. At linear systems, the container to be filled is being transported to the individual filling point loading each component safe and precisely. A flexible connection enables a decoupling of the filling adapter from the balance thus preventing force connections. After completion of the filling, the docking adapter lifts back from the container neck ring. The optional container lid can be reattached with the clamping ring for protection. The now hermetically sealed container can now be transported to the next process step. Environment, employees and medium are securely separated from each other.
