Bulk Container IBC /HD-PE
The MRC powder container are made of high-quality polyethylene of the quality LLD-PE and are manufactured without pressure in the rotational melting process. All bulk containers are seamless, chemical-resistant, food-safe and contain a molded-in liter scale. The wall thicknesses of the containers are high and therefore designed for common applications. If the container requires a higher wall thickness due to a chemical property or temperature, the wall thickness can be easily increased. Main t applications are storage and contained handling of detergents specially as washing powder container in the chemical industry.
The frames are offered in many different variations such as forklift shoes, forklift tunnels, crane eyes or feet. On request, MRC aligns the bulk material containers with tank fittings, pipes, flow breakers and level indicators.

We also design the containers for customers individually. In this way, we enable you to further plan projects and prepare documents for direct enquiries to the manufacturers. We coordinate the interfaces to our product range such as big bag emptying stations, container mixers, etc. with the respective manufacturers. Furthermore, resistance lists of common media with various information are available. All bulk containers are available in natural transparent or black as standard (black colour plus surcharge), other colours are also available on request.
